1. Description of Service

SlideMe Out of Spam (“SOS”) is a WordPress plugin that provides spam protection through an interactive slider challenge. The service includes a free version with basic features and premium plans with additional capabilities, delivered as a software license.

2. Plans and Pricing

Premium plans are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. Current pricing:

• Pro: €4.99/month or €47/year — 1 website
• Agency: €29.99/month or €287/year — up to 10 websites
• Unlimited: €59.99/month or €575/year — up to 100 websites

All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Prices may be updated; any changes apply only to new subscriptions or renewals after the change takes effect.

3. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless canceled before the renewal date. You will receive a receipt by email for each payment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
• Your site reverts to the free version after the period ends.

EU right of withdrawal: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at our support email with your order details. If you have already activated and used the license, you acknowledge that the digital content has been delivered and the withdrawal right may be waived, in compliance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

5. License and Usage

Each license key is valid for the number of websites specified by your plan. The license is non-transferable and tied to your account. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of license keys is prohibited. The plugin source code is licensed under GPLv2+.

6. Limitation of Liability

SlideMe Out of Spam is provided “as is.” While we strive to maintain reliable spam protection, we cannot guarantee that all spam will be blocked or that the plugin will be free of defects. RadicalSolution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the plugin.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of this service shall be submitted to the competent courts in France.
